Energy Healing Workshop in Seattle
Saturday, February 4th, 2023, 3 – 5pm
Your body is an energetic battery. Sometimes it gets drained, and needs a recharge. In this workshop you will learn how to work with the energy field of the body through timeless practices of breath work, mantras, visualization, mudras, movement, chakra healing, and other tools you can use to feel your best. You will learn how to work with your own energy field, and how to navigate the energy fields of others. Come practice healing and raising your own energy, serving yourself and the planet, and leave feeling refreshed.
Please do not wear metal to the workshop, it can interfere with the flow of energy.
Wear loose fitting and comfortable clothing, and please bring water.
Individual healings will be offered by Jude Sunday February 5th.

Jude’s visit to Japan
At the end of 2022 Jude visited Japan to give spiritual healings, host a spiritual healing workshop, and facilitate prayer services for world peace, healing and enlightenment.
